As the Chief of Medical Policy Development and Strategy at the Srindhorn National Medical Rehabilitation Institute, she leads efforts to promote independent living through rehabilitative policy innovation and treatment. Passionate about universal design, inclusive education, and employment opportunities, Phuricha envisions a society where no one is left behind. She believes that achieving true equity for PWDs requires collaboration across sectors and is eager to contribute and learn within the Equity Community.
