Nguyen Thi Hoang Anh is a passionate advocate for equitable access to mental health resources, digital empowerment for educators, and gender equity. She currently serves as the CEO of the Center for Consultancy on Family Health and Community Development (CFC-Viet Nam), a non-profit organization based in Hanoi that works to empower women, protect children’s rights, expand educational opportunities, and enhance technological access for children and youth in underserved areas. Under Hoang Anh’s leadership, CFC-Viet Nam implements numerous community-based projects using a family-centered approach to promote sustainable change. She works closely with women who face significant barriers—from single mothers to female ethnic minority teachers in remote areas balancing the needs of their families and students. Drawing from her own life experiences, Hoang Anh co-founded the largest community for single mothers in Viet Nam, now with over 30,000 members, and spearheaded various empowerment initiatives. Among her notable efforts is a recent pilot collaboration with UNICEF, equipping 432 female teachers from ethnic minorities with tools to integrate AR-VR technology in rural classrooms. An award-winning author, Hoang Anh uses her writing to inspire and advocate for equity. She looks forward to refining her strategies and expanding her impact through the connections and collaborations within the Equity Community.
