Coco Liu Joined Philips China in 2018, where she is responsible for the designing, managing, executing, and disseminating Philips Greater China's accessibility medical initiatives, health equity-related public welfare projects, and sustainable development endeavors. Additionally, she serves as the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) leader for the Greater China region, overseeing projects that encompass emergency rescue, public access defibrillation (PAD), maternal and child health, and the enhancement of primary healthcare system capabilities. With substantial research experience and expertise in medical industry decarbonization and circular economy, Coco brings a unique perspective to her role. Prior to joining Philips, Coco held positions at IBM, Microsoft, and Dell, accumulating over 18 years of experience in Fortune 500 multinational corporations.

Coco Liu participated in the compilation of "Modern Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Emergency Medicine", and has consecutively served as the Deputy Editor of the annual "China Sustainable Development Blue Book" and the Editor of the "China Emergency Medicine Blue Book". She also spearheaded the writing of the "Sustainable Development and Public Access Defibrillation Report".

Coco serves on the board of the China Association for Disaster and Emergency Rescue Medicine and as the Secretary General of its Sustainable Development Branch. She is also a member of the China Resuscitation Alliance, an advisory committee member of the Beijing ESG Research Institute, a reviewer and off-campus mentor at Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University, and a mentor for the FFC program at Columbia Global Centers Beijing. Furthermore, she is a member of the Multinational Corporation Carbon Neutrality 50 Forum, an alumni director of the International Academy of the Red Cross, and is a member of Tsinghua University’s inaugural class of public health and health leaders.
