HA ANH DUC
Dr. Ha Anh Duc is the Director of the Medical Service Administration at Vietnam’s Ministry of Health and Vice Chairman of the National Medical Council. He holds a Doctor of Public Health degree from Boston University (2010) and completed additional training at Harvard University.
Dr. Duc brings extensive experience in healthcare policy and administration, having worked within Vietnam’s Ministry of Health since 1998 in various capacities. His expertise spans cardiovascular disease prevention, health insurance systems, and public health interventions. He earned his medical degree from Hanoi Medical University (1996) and holds a Master’s in Public Health (2004), along with additional qualifications from the University of Foreign Languages and National Economics University.
With over two decades of experience in Vietnam’s healthcare system, Dr. Duc has contributed to significant policy developments and healthcare initiatives. He is fluent in English and has been instrumental in advancing Vietnam’s healthcare infrastructure and universal health coverage efforts. His leadership spans both clinical practice oversight and national health policy implementation.
