Dim Sian Nem is a peacebuilding and conflict adviser with over 15 years of experience in Myanmar, focusing on conflict analysis, peacebuilding, governance, civic engagement, and conflict-sensitive programming. Since 2017, she has worked with a major international donor, leading peace initiatives and advising on strategic program design. Her earlier work includes civic education, leadership development, and partnerships with INGOs and civil society to foster intercommunal harmony and inclusive dialogue. She is dedicated to promoting sustainable peace and community empowerment.
