Yenuarizki Soedjoko, known as Yeyen, is the Content Manager at Yayasan Noora Health Indonesia (YNHI), which partners with the Indonesian Ministry of Health and regional governments to deliver family caregiver education in 12 regencies across more than 450 healthcare facilities. At YNHI, Yeyen supports the design and refinement of the Care Companion Program (CCP), which equips family caregivers with practical skills to care for loved ones at home. She translates evidence into clear, relatable messages and tools that reflect caregivers’ daily realities. She works at the intersection of behavioral insights, human centered design, and strategic communication to advance health equity by empowering family caregivers. 

A Chevening Scholar trained in the social psychology of communication and applied behavioral science, Yeyen brings nine years of development experience and a strong belief that sustainable behavior change depends on systems that make change possible. She applies behavioral insights to identify cognitive, emotional, and structural barriers, and uses human centered design to reduce friction and strengthen service delivery.

Yeyen’s equity lens was also shaped beyond public health. In 2018, she co-founded Ngobrolin Indonesia, a youth led platform that created safe spaces for dialogue on inequality, sexual violence, and the rights of marginalized communities. This experience continues to inform her belief that equitable systems begin with listening and designing services around people’s everyday realities.

In the next phase of her work, she hopes to contribute insights from Indonesia, where caregiving is deeply rooted in family life but rarely systematized and often under supported. With a passion for applying human centered design to social challenges and experience promoting caregiving practices within primary healthcare, Yeyen aims to scale family caregiver centered communication, embed caregiver recognition into policy and service delivery, and build partnerships across Southeast Asia.
