Angga Dwi Martha

Angga Dwi Martha is a Public Partnership Specialist at UNICEF Headquarters. With over a decade of experience in youth policy and sustainable development diplomacy, Angga works within the Public Sector Engagement Hub team at UNICEF to enhance the organization's influence and visibility in key intergovernmental and multilateral processes, including the UN General Assembly, G20, and the High-Level Political Forum on SDGs, among others. Passionate about ethical youth leadership, he emphasizes the role of young people in championing innovation, foresight, democracy, and social justice. Named one of the Young Leaders for Indonesia in 2011 by McKinsey & Company, he was selected as a founding member of Cohort 2030, a group driving change toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Previously, Angga served as a Programme Management Officer at the UN Youth Office (formerly the Office of the UN Secretary-General's Envoy on Youth) in New York. In this role, he led coordination with UN Country Teams to implement the UN Youth Strategy and supported negotiations for the creation of the UN Youth Office.

From 2018 to 2021, he was a Social Policy Specialist at UNICEF Indonesia, managing the national portfolio on urbanization and subnational planning, adolescent and youth participation, SDG advocacy, and coordinating UNICEF's support for the Indonesian G20 Presidency. In recognition of his work, Angga received the British Council's Future Leaders Connect award in 2018 and was named one of the inaugural members of the Obama Leaders: Asia-Pacific cohort for his contributions to youth leadership in Indonesia.
